NeverTooLate is the idea behind focusing on the essence of music, along with its accompanying digital light and video art. We certainly don’t mean to imply that everything was better in the past. But let’s be honest: things really were better back then.
We are a group of friends who often came together through shared interests and eventually formed a close-knit group. We come from diverse backgrounds such as event and sound engineering, music production, mastering, communication, graphic design, IT… Even though we were able to collaborate using these different skills in the past, it took years to see the full potential of our combined expertise.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results each time. Therefore, development means taking something from every experience, both positive and negative, and applying it to the context of sustainability, so that we can continue to learn as we get older.
The decade of 2020, in particular, showed people in creative and self-employed jobs and/or lifestyles that capitalism likes to pretend everyone is expendable. The digital development after the pandemic presented a similar picture; it was all about money, salaries, and optimization. No empathy, just constant comparison and the pressure to be better. But what then?
We thought, It’s NeverTooLate, a chance to let go again. Not to control, but to drift.
At the RAW grounds in Berlin-Friedrichshain, we found a partner in the MAAYA club, with the same values and perspectives.
