Andy Walden is making music since he was a child but first get in contact with electronic music in 2009. After playing at home and small parties of friends for years, he founded the collective things.you.like in 2011 together with his close friend sergej.p.
Both startet to organize underground parties to share deep and dubby techno, feature other artitsts and spread their underestanding of techno and house.
Andy´s sound can be described as deep, dubby, straight and bass – intensive. It is not sudden that he is getting more and more bookings all over germany. He is also heading the things.you.like events, manage the bookings and it´s A&R.

As child of the early 80s he first approached turntables at the age of 15 & constantly evolved skills.
Back then he played hiphop, funk, break- & bigbeat with a healthy percentage of turntablism. his fascination for long and continous mixing can already be heard in his early phonaddic tapes.
After having access to some friends techno vinyl he immediatly recorded his first technoset in 05. let´s say he got caught up by these more non-varying and constant rhythms right from the start. This fusion got even more intense after moving to berlin and soaking up the capital of techno. effect: he ended up djing/producing deep, tech and minimal house and techno nowadays.
